Chef Patricia is a minor character in The Good Place. She appears in Chapter 4, when Tahani Al-Jamil is asked to organize the opening night of her new restaurant "The Good Plates".
In Chapter 5, Patricia Camarillo, who is probably the same person as Chef Patricia, is the person listed 14th in the Neighborhood Rankings, one place ahead of Chidi Anagonye.
It is assumed she isn’t a real person, and is simply another demonic being that is helping to torture Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason. She pretends to be a very angry person that still means well.
